Our Services

Receiving And Delivery

As items arrive, we inform you of their arrival and inspect each piece. Once an item has passed inspection, we will wrap or package the item before putting away for safe keeping in the warehouse.

As you and your client plan your delivery or installation day, we ask for a delivery request sheet. This form will ask you to provide the requested date, the items being delivered, and the delivery address.

As we approach the scheduled delivery date, the warehouse team will prepare your requested items for delivery.

The morning of your delivery, the truck crew will load all of the items on the truck and deliver your items per your request. Our team is happy to place items where the designer asks and even move a piece of furniture or two in order to lay a rug. However, we do ask that you inform us ahead of time if any furniture needs to be moved to ensure we have accurate time frames.

You will not run into any hidden fees with us at C&F Delivery. We will provide you with a “cheat sheet” to ensure you know what a delivery will cost ahead of time!

Storage

C&F provides safe storage for all the furniture and furnishings for your store and clients.

In general, we provide monthly storage for stagers and furniture stores. This allows you to have a set space in the warehouse that is available when an item arrives or to store existing items in between projects.

We know that designers don’t need storage every single month, so we provide storage by the piece for designers. We find this helps designers avoid monthly bills for their business and our formula makes it easy to quote your client for the storage that will apply for their project!

Repairs

We have an in-house shop and repair technician to complete repairs whenever necessary.

We have years of experience working with manufacturers when pieces arrive damaged to ensure your clients don’t have to wait for replacements.

Our repair technician has been doing furniture repairs for decades and it shows! He can complete repairs at our shop and in your client’s home, when necessary.

Visit our Furniture Repair Services page if you need any furniture repaired. We offer this service to everyone, so whether you are part of the C&F Delivery team or not, feel free to complete the form for a quote today!

Our Process Overview

Our Process

Our process begins when your item arrives. We will email you with the item description and side mark within 24 hours of the piece arriving. We ask, if the item is not side marked, you inform us of the side mark or PO as soon as possible. This ensures we know if an item is ever missing from a delivery request. We’re all human, so we are big on “checks and balances” systems and procedures.

We guarantee inspection of all items within 5 business days, but we usually complete inspections within 72 business hours. We have experience with many manufacturers, so we also have a good idea of which pieces may need to be inspected first to ensure you have ample time to discuss damages with manufacturers.

We have a shop and repair technician in house, so we are also able to provide quotes for damaged items for most of the issues we encounter.

If a damaged piece was ever received for you, we would email you with photos, a description of the damage and piece, and a quote for the repair, when applicable. Repairs are completed as soon as we have confirmation of the quote approval.

If you would prefer to have the piece returned to the manufacturer, we ask that you send us the appropriate paperwork and schedule the pick up of the item and we would take care of the rest!

Once a piece has passed inspection, we wrap and put the piece away with care while we await your delivery request.

The last step of each project, for us, begins when we receive the delivery request from you. We will pull the requested items and prepare them for delivery.

Our delivery crew will deliver the items to your client and place them per your direction before asking for a signature and leaving you and your client to enjoy the gorgeous space you have created.
